How it works

Evidence, track and trace

Infomatics records every custody transfer, milestone and handoff as a timestamped and source-attributed event, so a disputed delivery is resolved by evidence rather than by competing claims. The record is attached to the shipment, not to the system that produced it.

A single shipment is typically confirmed by several independent sources at once — a hardware tracker, the truck’s ELD feed and the driver’s mobile app — so location and status can be corroborated instead of trusted from one feed.
